Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Artwork must be returned in its original condition. Original packaging, including any protective materials used for shipment, must be used for all returns whenever possible. This helps ensure the artwork can be safely returned without damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the artwork is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued. Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a replacement artwork of equal value or a studio gift credit. Return shipping costs apply. Damages If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange a return or exchange. Once the damaged artwork is received, a refund or replacement will be issued.
