FINE ART CAPTURING LIFE'S DETAILS
Cabled History
During a fly-fishing trip to the North Platte River in Wyoming, I discovered piles of rusted cables along the riverbank. These cables, colored in deep burgundy, rust, and hints of blue, sparked an artistic series named "Cabled History."
The series captures the beauty of decay and reflects the emotional landscape of the pandemic years. Through detailed paintings, I transform forgotten remnants into vibrant art, weaving together history, nature, and personal reflection. Each piece in the collection tells a unique story, inspired by the intriguing patterns and textures of the rusted cables.
